James K. Lennertz, Jr.

James Lennertz is the Vice President and General Manager of BioMarin Europe, Ltd., and heads up the company's commercial operations in Europe, the Middle East, Turkey, Russia and Africa. Prior to joining BioMarin, Mr. Lennertz served as Vice President of Global Operations for Quintiles Commercial Division focusing on European Union markets oncology and orphan drugs. He also served temporarily as the company's general manager for its Japanese commercial division. Prior to his time at Quintiles, Mr. Lennertz held executive-level positions for Roche Pharmaceuticals in the United Kingdom and in Canada. Prior to that, he also served in various capacities for Boehringer Mannheim Pharmaceuticals and Parke Davis. Mr. Lennertz received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Canisius College.
